01 Context
Context
Swiss cantons and the federal administration are under pressure: topics spread faster, expectations rise, resources are tight. kommdigital.ch is the entry point: a status check with a traffic light and two concrete next steps, free and in ten minutes.
02 Process
No handover between design and code.
A self-check lives on states: empty answers, “don’t know”, three traffic-light colours, mobile, long administrative wording. Design and implementation happened in the same place, so every state was tested in the browser with real typography, real spacing and real content. What was designed is what shipped.

06 How I build
AI does the heavy lifting. I own four decisions.
I build with my own AI-assisted workflow. The idea is sharpened first, then written as a spec with user stories and acceptance criteria. An agent builds test-first, ticket by ticket, and every user story is then verified independently, including automated browser testing (Chrome DevTools). I approve the spec, the architecture, the plan and the release. Nothing ships without evidence.
